Connect WhatsApp
Connectora talks to customers through a WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) you connect in WhatsApp Setup.
Steps
- In the admin sidebar, open WhatsApp Setup.
- Choose Connect with Meta (embedded signup) or enter credentials if your org uses a bring-your-own Meta app (Enterprise).
- Complete Meta’s flow and grant the requested permissions.
- Confirm the phone number and display name appear as Connected.
- Sync message templates so approved Meta templates show under Templates.
Common issues
- Phone not appearing — finish business verification in Meta Business Manager.
- Templates missing — use Sync templates on the WhatsApp account, then wait a minute and refresh.
- Webhook errors — confirm the webhook URL for your org points at the Connectora API (see troubleshooting).
