Connect WhatsApp

Connectora talks to customers through a WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) you connect in WhatsApp Setup.

Steps

  1. In the admin sidebar, open WhatsApp Setup.
  2. Choose Connect with Meta (embedded signup) or enter credentials if your org uses a bring-your-own Meta app (Enterprise).
  3. Complete Meta’s flow and grant the requested permissions.
  4. Confirm the phone number and display name appear as Connected.
  5. Sync message templates so approved Meta templates show under Templates.

Common issues

  • Phone not appearing — finish business verification in Meta Business Manager.
  • Templates missing — use Sync templates on the WhatsApp account, then wait a minute and refresh.
  • Webhook errors — confirm the webhook URL for your org points at the Connectora API (see troubleshooting).
