Overview

Connectora uses Meta’s Cloud API. Most orgs connect through embedded signup. Enterprise customers can bring their own Meta app.

Checklist

1. Meta Business Manager access for the brand
2. A WhatsApp Business phone number you can verify
3. Connectora organization admin role
4. After connect: sync templates and send a test inbound message

Enterprise BYO Meta app

Requires bring_your_own_meta_app. Configure app ID / secrets under organization WhatsApp Meta app settings, then connect WABAs under that app.
