Quick replies

Quick replies are reusable snippets agents insert while chatting.

Steps

1. Open Quick Replies in the sidebar.
2. Create a reply with a short title and message body.
3. In a conversation, open the quick-reply picker and insert the snippet.
4. Edit wording anytime — updates apply the next time you insert.
